I'm Antonio Quiroz, Project & Growth Manager in March. My role focuses on the planning, organization and monitoring of the projects, ensuring that each stage is fulfilled efficiently and aligned to the objectives.
Work for the creative to have structure, processes to flow correctly, and the projects are able to grow in an orderly, measurable and sustainable.
How do you define your role within March?
My role is to ensure that projects move forward with order and clarity. I am in charge of the planning, monitoring and communication, so that the creative team can focus on running smoothly.
What is the importance of management in creative projects?
It is essential. Creativity needs structure in order to function properly. Good management allows it to meet the times, optimize resources and keep aligned the goals of the client and the team.
How do you contribute to the growth of the projects?
Analyzing processes, results and opportunities for improvement. The growth is not only attract more traffic, but to optimize the way in which the projects operate and evolve.
What do you value most when working with clients?
Transparency and clear communication. When both parties understand the process, the results are better.
