The Site has purpose informative and commercial: to introduce the services of March and enable channels of contact for requests for information, quotes and coordination of projects.

5) Requests, quotes and recruitment services

5.3 Scope and changes. The service is governed by the proposal/contract accepted. Any request outside the scope will be managed as additional change (change request) with impact on time and/or cost.
5.4 Deliveries and reviews. The rounds of revision, delivery dates and conditions are defined in the proposal/contract.
6) Prices, payments and billing
The prices are “from” or ranges published (if any) are reference. The final conditions (amount, currency, progress, milestones, means of payment and billing) are set out in the proposal/contract.
7) intellectual Property
7.1 the Content of the Site. Text, design, layout, trademarks, logos, parts, images, videos and Site code are owned by March or used with permission/license. It is forbidden its reproduction or commercial use without prior written permission.
7.2 customer Materials. If the client delivers logos, photos, texts or other, declares to have rights to their use. The customer holds the ownership of their materials.
7.3 Deliverables for the project. The ownership and licensing of use of the deliverables (drawings, parts, web, code, etc) will be governed by what is agreed in the proposal/contract (for example: assignment, license, terms of payment prior to final delivery, etc).
7.4 Portfolio. Unless agreed differently, March you can display the project (screenshots, mockups, descriptions) as a case of a portfolio, while respecting confidentiality and/or restrictions previously agreed upon.

To send us files or information, you represent and warrant that:
You have the right to share them.
Do not contain illegal content or infringe the rights of third parties.
March may eliminate or reject materials that generate risks, legal or technical.

10) Availability of the Site, and limitation of liability
March makes reasonable efforts to maintain the operational Site; however, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability (maintenance, failures of network, hosting provider, etc).

11) Marketing, Ads, SEO, and “no warranty or guarantee of results”
In services marketing, guideline advertising, SEO or performance, the results depend on multiple factors (market, supply, competition, budget, seasonality and policies of platforms). March is committed to run the service in accordance with the scope agreed, but does not guarantee specific results unless expressly agreed in writing.

15) applicable Law and jurisdiction
