Designer Junior
I am Erson Salceso, designer junior in March. I am part of the creative team supporting the visual execution, the layout and the development of digital interfaces. Work on real projects has allowed me to understand the design beyond aesthetics, understanding their impact on the user experience and the objectives of each brand.
I am constantly learning and I seek to continue to develop my skills within the digital design.
What has been your experience learning new things within March?
The experience has been very formative because the design is approached from a strategic perspective. It is not just to run tasks, but to understand why they make certain decisions and how to influence the final outcome of the project.
What lessons would you say about the work in real projects?
I learned that the design has a direct impact on the user experience and the goals of the business. See how a good structure improves the navigation and the message helped me to understand the real value of the design.
What areas of the design you are interested in and develop in the future?
I'm interested in delving into digital design and user experience, especially in how interfaces can lead the people in a clear and simple way.
How do you face the challenges with technical or creative?
With research and constant learning. Every challenge is an opportunity to improve and acquire new knowledge.
